We do require 48 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule an appointment or a $50 fee will be charged. A $75 fee will be charged for cancelations on day of scheduled appointment.
The cleaners will arrive sometime between the window of arrival you have selected. This is to account for previous jobs before yours, traffic, and other surprises.
Payment is considered due immediately upon completion of services. Any payments not received within 2 days will incur an automatic 5% late fee.
